Heroes of Fablewood (A One-Sheet Tricube Tales RPG)

Heroes of Fablewood is the perfect setting for exciting and light-hearted adventures

Recently I published a (free) one-page RPG setting using the (criminally underappreciated) Tricube Tales system: Heroes of Fablewood. Whether you are introducing a child to the world of tabletop role-playing games, or wanting to take a break from more grimdark settings, Heroes of Fablewood will help you create fantastic stories with an unforgettable cast of characters!

The first page provides all the information you need to create a woodland character and jump into the action.

If the adventure generation table from page 1 isn’t enough of a prompt, page 2 provides an example for each roll, as well as a twist table if you want/need to introduce a dramatic complication into the story.

Heroes of Fablewood also comes with 12 character cards featuring a variety of irresistible critters. Choosing between these heroes might be your biggest challenge!

I’m currently running a series of one-shot adventures set in the Fablewood setting for my two youngest and some of their friends. It’s been a blast!
